Year Purchased: 2005
We moved to Destin in 2003, after looking for a retirement place all up and down the west coast of Florida. But, when we stopped in Destin, it was like we had landed in paradise! We are a couple in our "early senior" years, (we THINK much younger!), and love knowing that many of you are seeing the Emerald Coast for the first time. We know you will be falling in love with it also.
Why the Owner Chose Sundestin
We looked for a condo, to offer guests, that we would want for ourselves. After looking at literally dozens and dozens of condos in almost as many buildings, we kept coming back to SunDestin for many reasons. But the main reason we ended up picking one here was that the guests we talked to, (and the folks we asked were eager to give us feedback), said they loved this place and had been returning year after year. We listened very carefully as to their likes and dislikes and renovated our condo with that data fresh in our minds. The view from this condo, coupled with the comfort, well-designed floor plan, amenities offered, and cheerful and HELPFUL staff solidified our decision.
