Built in 2007, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, beautiful home has all the best.
Starting with the Main room of the house..the chefs kitchen with mahogany custom built cabinets and a walk in pantry, a large stainless steel Subzero, Wolf stainless steel six burner stove, stainless steel beverage fridge built into the island, a Miele dishwasher, a Franke stainless steel farmers sink, and 2 inch thick white Carrera Marble counter tops.
There is a kitchen aid mixer, Dualit toaster, cappuccino machine, food processor, and blender with all the utensils you will need to cook a gourmet dinner with. Also in that main room there is the dining area with a table that is expandable for 10 people.
The seating area with fireplace has 2 full size couches, 2 leather chairs, and a tall back chair. Off the main room there is a side TV room with a Sharp Aquos flat screen TV, lots of books including best sellers and children's books and DVDs for rainy days.
All the artwork in the house is original. There are also toys for the little ones to play with. The computer available is a PC hooked up DSL internet and wireless is also available for your laptop, with a printer/scanner/copier.
All of the bathrooms in the house have frameless glass doors showers , pedestal sinks, rain head showers, and stone tile.
The second floor as a master suite and a guest suite. They both have there own private bathrooms tiled in Ming green marble and heated floors (that can be controlled separately). Both bedrooms have walk out balconies and pillow top California king size beds.
First floor bedroom has two twins, fourth bedroom has one queen.
The house has 3 flat screen TV's, a Bose surround sound system for music on the first floor.
The basement is not a "normal" basement! The bathroom in the basement has a neo-angel frame less glass shower. The entertainment room has 2 couches and a over sized chair, a TV, a fireplace, a tournament sized pool table, entire basement is fully tiled with limestone, and Duet Whirlpool washer and dryers (High efficiency and large capacity).
It has a walk out patio made of blue stone and brick and a stone stairway to the back yard. The bedroom is large with a queen bed and full sized windows and stone window wells. The basement get quite a bit of light and we put in everything we could afford to make it amazing!
Exterior: Walk out (from TV room or seating area in main room)to mahogany deck with gas grill, cedar play set, sand box, 25 blue hydrangeas, and perennials, large yard, with parking for 3 cars.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside
The location is key, we are walking distance to the "best" beach. All the beaches on Nantucket are nice but what makes Surfside special is the sand its soft and clean, the surf is usually the best (compared to the other beaches on the island), and six minutes to town or the grocery store. Surfside has little traffic and is also a block away from the state forest. Surfside is my favorite neighborhood on Nantucket.

Both my husband and I grew up in New England. My husbands family has been coming to the island for a very long time, most of his family lives on Nantucket. We have chosen to live on Nantucket because I have searched and Nantucket truly is one of the most beautiful places we have been. Living and working in the same town, everyone is very friendly, there are amazing restaurants, and you can not beat the commute.
