The Sea Village Condominium/Resort is located one mile south of Kailua and offers a wide variety of activities including tennis, an oceanfront swimming pool and spa, Weber gas barbeques and picnic tables located in an attractive central courtyard adorned with tropical foliage. Sea Village has recently completed a $2 million upgrade featuring a new pool, spa, stone pool decking, Lanai Railings, landscaping and wireless internet connection. The only thing that hasn’t changed is that Sea Village still has the best view in all of Kona. Magic Sands Beach for body surfing and Kahaluu Beach for snorkeling are but a few minutes away. Championship Golf Courses, Deep Sea Fishing and restaurants are close by.
Welcome to our “Home away from Home”. Our Mission Statement is to insure that our guest’s stay is truly memorable. What we have strived to achieve is to provide a 4 star accommodation experience at an affordable rate. Over the years our condo has been selected for such events as Special Birthdays, Anniversaries, Honeymoons and weddings have been performed in the courtyard.
Our condo is nicely appointed with new designer name furnishing through out and art works by such artists as Peggy Hopper and John Kelly. The living room has a Tommy Bahama Style Entertainment Center with a TV, DVD and CD player. The Dinning Room has a Glass Top Hay Stack Table and custom chairs. The kitchen has new tile counter tops, backsplashes and appliances. Both bathrooms have tile counter tops, recessed lighting and feature large mirrors. The master bed room has a king size bed, mirrored sliding closet doors and a connecting full bath with a glass block walled walk in shower and a built in TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has twin beds, mirrored sliding closet doors and it’s own bathroom. If requested the twin beds can be converted to a second king size bed. There is also a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room allowing the unit to sleep six. There are four Hawaiian Style Fans in the unit and Sun Screens on the lanai. Conveniently located on the ground floor with parking close by, the condo is easily accessible. Since we visit our condo twice a year, the kitchen is outfitted more like your private residence, than what you would typically find in a rental unit. I will provide a three page listing of “Things to do on The Big Island” which shows the best snorkeling, beaches, restaurants and day trips based on having been going to Hawaii for over 20 years for those people who rent the condo.
