The second bedroom has been opened up and is currently used as a dining room, but it has Murphy bed and can be curtained off for use as an occasional guest room. Or, put the wall back up and you've got a permanent second bedroom.

The location where the condo is fantastic! You can get anywhere fast via taxi, subway, or walking. And, there are a lot of great restaurants, movies theaters and art galleries. Chelsea is the hippest neighborhood in the city!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My condo faces south, away from 23rd Street. As a result, the condo overlooks a garden...looking towards 22nd Street. And, because the condo is on the 4th floor, the is a lot of sunlight and it is VERY quiet! Another benefit is the outdoor terrace with runs the length of the condo with beautiful plants.

I moved to NYC in 1991 from California. I'm very athletic and creative. I love to travel and see new places / learn new things, meet new people etc. Being from California originally, I always loved the beach. So when I moved to New York it was very important to me to have a lot of light in my condo / apartment with a relaxed beach feel which I think I have a achieved.
