Location: 100 yards from Sengekontaket Pond and public beach access. Close to bike path. 1.5 miles from town (Edgartown). Near bus line to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, beach, walking distance to conservation land. 1 acre wooded lot. Slight water views.
House is well-equipped with a full designer kitchen with granite counters, open modern living space 17-foot high living room ceilings, bathrooms with custom Mexican tiles, bamboo hardwood flooring on first floor, full basement with ping pong area, large dining table seating 10 persons, private deck with outdoor furnishings, outdoor shower, and many special custom-trim details. A great family vacation house!

One of the bedrooms the twin beds are combined to make a king sized bed.
There is also a pull out queen sleeper couch in the living room.
Very comfortable, modern, new and light filled rooms.
Outdoors there is a large wood deck with teak table, umbrella and chairs. A stone terrace at front is wonderful for sitting and drinking coffee, reading or looking at the pond view. There is a large garden with flowers and vegetables. Tenants are welcome to pick the vegetables!

One of the most beautiful places to stay on vacation This island has it all, beautiful beaches, farms. lovely new england villages. Our area is surrounded by woods and gardens, and right near salt water pond, but also near bike paths, a short bike ride into town. Near stores and restaurants, conservation land and beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Beautiful modern light and airy house. Large deck overlooking flower and vegetable gardens and woods. Terrace at front of property with a water view. On bike path, and a few hundred feet from beach at saltwater pond.
Lovely woods for walking and biking. You can walk or bike through trails to State Beach
