What an ideal place for your next vacation. The first floor boast a crisp white Euro-styled kitchen that is fully stocked with all the amenities to enjoy cooking and entertaining. The large dining and living area has a flat screen TV, fireplace and flows out to the screened in porch that overlooks the freshwater lake and wildlife.
Retire to the large master bedroom with new comfy king bed, walk-in closet, TV and view of the lake. Enjoy the master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity.
Also on first floor is a second full bath and queen size .bedroom with two closets. Follow the soaring ceilings to the second floor with a loft and large TV perfect for a media room or just another spacious area to hang out.
The third bedroom on second floor has a king bed, TV and door that opens to the upper deck perfect for lounging or laying in the sun and viewing the lake and ocean. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds great for kids or those wishing to sleep separately.
A full bath is conveniently located between both bedrooms. Our unit is located on the quietest street of Kingston, away from the hustle and bustle but is just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the ocean and pools.

Kingston Plantation is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. It is family oriented and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I have stayed there before in an oceanfront condo but this time decided to stay at Windermere by the Sea. This is a beautiful 4 BR, 3 BA townhouse and it sits directly behind the high-rise condos. We could walk to the beach in under 2 minutes. When I stayed in the condo on my previous visit you had to wait for elevators and park in parking garages or lots that were not always convenient. It was so nice to park right outside and walk directly into your place. We did have to climb 1 flight of stairs since the unit is on the second level but still worth it. The townhouse exceeded our expectations when we walked in. The unit was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were provided too. The owner was very helpful and responded to my emails in a timely manor. When I found out we needed to stay an additional night she accommodated us with no problem. Not very many owners who rent strictly from Saturday to Saturday in peak season would let you stay an additional night and check out on Sunday. This spoke volumes!! We spent alot time in downtown Myrtle Beach at the Convention Center since we were attending Dance Nationals but it was so nice to come back everyday and enjoy the beach and the pools. We even invited other dancers and their families over to spend the evening with us at the resort. They were overwhelmed by the beauty of the resort and the amenities it offered. I would definitely recommend this place for large multi families traveling together. The townhouse provided privacy for each family (each family had their own bathroom and bedroom) but we had a large greatroom, dining room, loft area and decks to gather together as a group. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and vacation.
