Get off to a great start at our beach cottage. Enjoy an UNOBSTRUCTED view of the ocean at this second row rental cottage. Nice, beach cottage with large, screened, front porch. Your private, beach walkway is approximately 75 feet directly across the street. The beach cottage has two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed, the second has a queen-size bed and a trundle bed when pulled out can sleep two. The great room is 24-feet by 24-feet with another trundle bed that can also sleep two. From the great room you will have a beautiful, UNOBSTRUCTED view of the Atlantic Ocean.
You will love visiting the Surf City area and enjoying everything it has to offer. The island is a 26-mile-long, barrier island with clean, uncrowded beaches. Ocean temperatures in May and June are in the 75-plus degrees and July to the end of October the ocean temperatures are 80-plus degrees. The island has many quaint gift shops and great restaurants.
There are many exciting things to do on the beach. Looking for shark teeth, enjoying sun bathing, hunting for seashells and fossils. The best thing I can say about Surf City is that it is quiet and relaxing.
We rent our beach cottage from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! NO SMOKING!!!

We really enjoy staying at your Cottage. Can't find a better beach and view anywhere. Love the porch. We spend most of our time there. Can't wait to stay again.

Jeanie and Dave- The house, the beach and the weather combined to make an absolutely wonderful week for us. The front porch was so nice, and at times, we had the beach all to our selves. Thank you for a lovely Topsail stay.

We have enjoyed staying at this rental cottage for the past five years. It has all the conveniences of home. We have found lots of sharks teeth and beautiful shells on the beach. We are looking forward to going again in June for a week of complete relaxation!
