Sleeps 4 plus one or two children easily with one King size bed and one Full-size pull-out from the huge comfy sectional couch. Full bath and kitchen. Stereo, 2 TVs with cable, DVR in 24hr doorman building. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED.

Multiple cruise, subway and bus lines nearby. Helicopter rides take off from the river's edge nearby.

  • We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment is much larger than it appears in photos and is much larger than any other apartment that we have previously rented in the city. Great kitchen, couch, shower, bedroom. Friendly door staff and great windows with lots of natural light. The apartment is conveniently located to Times Square and the Port Authority and there is a grocery store less than 1 block away. Very safe location. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone. The owners are great to deal with and answer all questions promptly. Thanks for everything Jack!

  • What can I say? NYC is expensive but you have to look to find the deals? Well, we found a great deal!!! First, this place is actually owned by and lived in by the owner, Jack. So, your hope that he takes care of his place because it IS his place is absolutely a reality. Jack was incredibly gracious and professional from start to finish. This loft is not what we expected; it is huge! My guess says it is 1000-1250 square feet, with soaring ceilings. The hot water comes on almost immediately and the kitchen is much bigger than I expected. The bed is big and comfortable and so is the couch. Although it did not have wireless internet, we had access to the internet plus a Mac desktop so I regretted bringing my heavy laptop. There are two washers and dryers on the floor, which we used twice. The doormen were friendly, courteous, and informative. This building enjoys a great location: (1)there is a fire station and police station (I think?), (2)it is a block away from a dizzying array of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, you name it, (3)Times Square is a few blocks away, (4) the 42nd St. Subway Station (Port Authority) is a couple of blocks away, (5) Hudson Park is blocks away, and (6) it just seemed that it got less frenetic and noisy and crowded as we walked closer to Jack's place. Our family of four (with two sons ages 10 & 7) felt comfortable, safe, and smart knowing that we spent 7 days in a true NYC pad that constituted one helluva deal. Skip the outrageous hotel rooms where you pay consideraly more for considerably less. The online pictures of this place do not come close to capturing its humongous size.

  • WOW - what can I say!!??? This AMAZING loft is exactly as it is shown in the pics except it is a LOT bigger than it looks! The location is unbelievable, close to Time Square, the theatre district- incredible places to eat and an easy walk to the subway. Jack - the owner of the loft is SO wonderful to deal with - AND with the wonderful doormen - you feel totally safe (esp. since it is across the street from a police station). We are a family of 5 who were very comfortable in the loft and we can't WAIT to go back! Thanks so much for everything Jack!
