The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love to sit in our living room or out on the balcony to watch the boat traffic going down the river and the people walking down the river walk. The lawn in front of the building and stretching to the riverwalk itself is tastefully landscaped with trees and shrubs. The riverwalk is brick-paved and stretches for about 2 miles along the riverfront. We like to take evening walks down that walk.
