The house is called The Palms because of the 7 palm trees located on the beach side of the house. Located on the Island Spanish Wells which is known as the “Jewel of the Bahamas.” This is one of the best kept secrets in the Caribbean. This is a true Family Island located just around the corner of Eleuthera from the famous beaches of Harbour Island. You will find the locals very friendly and family oriented. This is one of the safest Islands in the Caribbean. Walk anywhere anytime without a worry! The locals are very proud of their community and would like to keep it this way for their future generations.
The beach bungalow style house is 2 bedrooms 2 bath 1000 sq ft. cement block house located just 35 steps from the ocean on a 2.5 mile pristine quiet beach. On a busy day you might see 20 people on the entire beach. The water is protected by a reef and is “Gin Clear” as far as you can see! The house is set up for 2 couples or a family of four that enjoy the beach and water with a beautiful view at a reasonable cost.
All the comforts of home on your private beach. This really is an Island get away. Open the house during the day and enjoy the Tropical Breeze, but close it at night and you will have all the AC you can stand.
