Rate Details (In US Dollars)
2012 Season (May 25 - Sept 7): $1950/wk, $325/nt (3-night minimum)
Off-Season: $1500/wk, $250/nt (3-night minimum)
We will accept shorter stays with the addition of a $50 cleaning fee.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon making your reservation.
The remainder is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations after final
payment has been made forfeit all money paid.

Wonderful After Christmas Experience

We stayed here for a long weekend right after Christmas. What a wonderful location and home! The home is layed out perfectly for a group of couples such as ours, and I'm certain it would be great for a family as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses and small appliances. Only small complaint was the front screened/glassed in porch had a very pungent smoke smell. I assume other renters or the owner use this for smoking in the winter. Would definitely book again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
