This home is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch at Sandpiper Golf and Country Club, a gorgeous active golf and retirement community in Lakeland, Florida. The entire interior was just painted as well as brand new carpet thru out. There is a large Living Room which is equipped with a new flat screen TV as well as a sunroom(lanai) off of it. The lanai has a pull out bed /couch.
An updated eat in kitchen as well as a Dining Room offer plenty of seats at mealtime. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, master bath as well as a spacious walk in closet, ceiling fan and small TV. The second bedroom has a double bed with a large closet and ceiling fan and gets loads of sunlight. Washer and dryer are located in the one and a half car garage.
This community offers many amenities such as beautiful grounds, heated pools, spa, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, community room, clubhouse/restaurant and of course a GOLF COURSE.... and a very friendly atmosphere...neighbors are always walking around and most everyone says hello. If you are looking for a location close to everything, this is the one. Disney (Orlando) and Tampa are within 30 minutes as well as many other attractions.

Why the Owner Chose Lakeland
The house is within walking distance of the golf course, clubhouse and pool plus rec center. Lakeland is really quite centrally located. It is close to Disney World as well as the beaches on the West coast of Florida, Sea World, Cape Canaveral and many other attractions. Easy highway access makes this a very desirable location.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Home
The neighbors are fantastic. They are all very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Most are retired and active. My wife loves to walk up to a local coffee shop that has a Hawaiian motif and walks back sipping her coffee, smiling all the way. The sidewalks and streets are wide and the community has its own security patrol to make you feel safe all the time. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere really makes you feel like your on vacation....and that is a great feeling!
