It is an end unit and has the largest 3 bedroom floor plan in the complex. From the unit you have easy access to the small beach, 300’ homeowner’s pier or the private harbor/lagoon.
From the living room you have panoramic views of Lake Tahoe through the large picture windows and access to the deck for relaxing, sunbathing or barbecuing. There is a large flat screen TV above the rock fireplace as well as a music system and wet bar just off the living room.
