Summer, winter, spring or fall, there is no better place to enjoy the many activities of South Lake Tahoe than this newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Located 10 blocks from the Ski Run Marina and Beach, down the hill from Heavenly Valley, and less than a mile to Stateline, this house has it all.
The main floor features a large living room, great for watching movies or just relaxing in front of the wood burning stove/fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your culinary pleasure and the separate dining area has table seating for 8. There are also two large bedrooms and a full bath with travertine tile downstairs.
And off the kitchen and dining area is a large secluded deck and hot tub where you can entertain and relax after a day of skiing, boating, swimming or fun. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, full bath with travertine tile, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
This is a great house in a great location. Shopping, ski and water rentals, and restaurants are within walking distance.

We instantly loved this rental as we walked in and it was heated. Not only was it warm, our second impression was wow, it's even nicer than the pictures. The amenities were exactly as listed and the location could not be beat. We recommend this to others, as well as for future visits of our own.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
Very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved this house. Its affordable, close to Heavenly, and nicely decorated. I have been looking for a reason to visit Tahoe so I can go back and stay here.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
