Conveniently located on the second floor OF Villa 1, overlooking a large pool, lazy river and hot tub. The elevator is only steps away from the entrance of the unit. The parking lot and parking garage is located directly behind the complex. As you enter the unit, there is a private bedroom with a queen size bed that can be closed off. In the living area there is another queen size bed and sleeper couch. A full kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils.
Located directly across the street from the main hotel, which offer tons of amenities. There are 4 pools, lazy river, whirl pools, kiddie pools, heated indoor pool, exercise room, on site restaurant, sauna, game room, and laundry. Enjoy cool refreshing beverages and snacks at Flip Flops ocean front bar while lounging poolside. Bluewater Resort's ocean front pool features live entertainment and other unique seasonal activities throughout the year.
There are many off site activities within a short distance. Visit the all new Market Common Shopping Village as well as the Free Style Music Park. Almost any imaginable type of restaurant is located near by. Some of the excellent theaters such as The Carolina Opry, Legends In Concert, Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, Dixie Stampede offer live entertainment.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the things we enjoy is dining out at some of the great restaurants in the area. We also enjoy setting by the pool and going to the beach to soak up some rays. Other times we just enjoy setting on the balcony watching traffic on S Ocean Blvd and watching the kids play in the pool.

My wife Betty and I grew up about 40 miles south of Myrtle Beach. I retired from IPCO after 36 years, and I began selling real estate in Georgetown. We have always enjoyed coming to MB for the various attractions, so I decided it was time to own a place here for ourselves. I found this condo perfect for what we wanted. How refreshing to stay in such a well kept place! It's such a pleasure to deal with such nice people that really care! They supplied us with all the information we needed regarding our stay and also had helpful info in the condo. Convenient to everything you want to do. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I went with my sister and mom on our girls trip for shopping & shows but would like to go again and take the husband. The best value on the beach!

The photos did not do the place justice. The condo was VERY clean and well supplied. With gas prices so high and the general economy so low this year, we were not sure a vacation would be in the budget, let alone a WHOLE week. Thank you so much for a delightful place to stay at such a reasonable rate.

There were 4 of us in our party and the condo was wonderful. Couldnt have asked for anything cleaner. Pictues of the condo don't do it justice. WE greatly enjoyed our weeks stay. Thanks for your hospitality.
