When someone rings a doorbell, the main large 63” TV in the living room turns on and shows the person standing outside. You can communicate with them via phone and decide if you need to open the door or not.

My wife and I fell in love with this site 4 years ago when we visited Dana Point. We decided to build a property here. I have been in Hotel business and have developed many boutique hotels in past 30 years. The quality of this home surpasses it all.

The location of the home is excellent. Most of the conveniences are within walking distance or within a short drive of mile or two. Some of the conveniences in the immediate vicinity are: Post office Gas stations Many Restaurants including the famous Chart House Grocery stores Water sports businesses like surfing Medical massage locations Gyms and Exercise locations Coffee shops Convenience stores Saturday farmers market Doctor’s offices Chamber of commerce Dentist’s offices Banks Scenic vista points Scenic walk Ritz Carlton and St. Regis hotels Urgent care Barber shops Beauty Salons Kayaking Jet Ski rentals Boating Catalina Island Ferry Whale watching tours Dolphin tours Many festival locations like tall ship festival, July 4th Fireworks, Christmas boat lights And many more. By the way, you can drive to 3 different snow Ski resorts in about 2 hours, Las Vegas in 4.5 hours.
