Our condo has new kitchen cabinets with granite countertop. There is a cozy gas fireplace which adds great ambiance in the cold months. The building has the added security of an electronically controlled door with code entry. An outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi are onsite for guests. Prospector Square Conference Center houses a theatre to serve as one of the locations showing films during the Sundance Film Festival.
There are restaurants, shops and a day spa within walking distance of our condo. A paved pathway called the Rail Trail is adjacent to our building as well. This is a great path that extends for miles and can be utilized by walkers, runners, bikers, rollerbladers & cross country skiers.
There is access from the condo to a free local shuttle that services all three ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons). The shuttle also runs to Main Street for great shopping and restaurants, and to the outlet mall at Kimbal Junction. Park City Ski resort is also home to the Alpine Slide and Zip line in the summer months. A local farmer's market and art and craft market run during the summer months as well.
