If you are looking for something special, this is it! This stunning top floor, end unit was recently remodeled. This unique condo is located in prestigious Snowblaze Condominiums. An easy walk from condo to restaurants, bars, ski shops and bike shops.
Snow Blaze Condominiums are known for their excellent location as well as complete health club featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Free weight room as well as treadmills and stair masters.
Our exceptional end unit features vaulted ceilings, no common walls to any other unit, a private in-unit sauna, leather furniture, two bedrooms with king sized beds and a third bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a single trundle bed.
Snowblaze is located on the free shuttle to the ski area which is 5 minutes away. Winter Park offers no better location and Snowblaze offers no better condominium than ours. This condo is not offered on the "rental pool". It "looks and lives" like a private home.

Why the Owner Chose SnowblazeWe love skiing Winter Park and Mary Jane and jumped at the chance to own a condo in Snowblaze. The location, close to the ski area, right on the bus line and 2 blocks from downtown Winter Park make this perfect. We arrive, park our car and bike, bus or walk to everything.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoGreat access to Lake Granby as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Tremendous hiking, biking, fishing opportunities. In addition, the health club, with it's indoor swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, is a great bonus.

Nice townhouse with convenient access to Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area, Winter Park and Fraser shopping. Well kept. Very comfortable. Would rent again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
