Carol and Michael Leach own vacation homes at the Delaware seashore and St. John, USVI. We are retired DuPonters, lived and worked outside the US. for many years. Our permanent home is in the mountains of Delaware.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Harbor Villas
This is the third house we've owned at Bethany Beach, all within a mile of one another. This is a great spot because it's beach front on the Delaware Seashore State Park, with swimming and fishing.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We provide all beach equipment, umbrella, boogie boards, sand tools, etc. There's a gas grille, outdoor shower, picnic table. Great view from the three beach-side decks. The distance is 1.0 miles to the Indian River Inlet and 2.0 miles to the Bethany boardwalk. It's 7 miles to Rehoboth.
