A few fall weeks or long weekends are left this fall - $650. Check the calendar. October at the beach is very nice! crowds are gone and the water is still quite warm, even into early November some years.

Nicest in Indian Harbor Villas – Completely Remodeled - New Kitchen with Corian Counter Tops – New Furniture – New Doors – New Decks.
2011 renovations: We replaced the carpet on all floors and laminate in the great room, with oriental carpets. The dishwasher and blender were replaced, as well as two windows. For 2012, we will replace the sliding door rollers on the last of the three sliders, replace the front door frame, replace some exterior trim.

Year Purchased: 1998
Carol and Michael Leach own vacation homes at the Delaware seashore and St. John, USVI. We are retired DuPonters, lived and worked outside the US for many years. Our permanent home is in the mountains of Delaware.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Harbor Villas
This is the third house we've owned at Bethany Beach, all within a mile of one another. This is a great spot because it's beach front on the Delaware Seashore State Park, with swimming and fishing.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We provide all beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand tools, etc. There's a gas grille, outdoor shower, picnic table. Great view from the three beach-side decks. The distance is 1.0 miles to the Indian River Inlet and 2.0 miles to the Bethany boardwalk. It's 7 miles to Rehoboth.

We stayed 8-20-11 for a week when we were asked to leave by hurrican Irene. Everything is very nice and the Leachs' are very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a few miles. We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old, and there was plently of space. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the comfortable beds, and the use of internet and cable television. Location is centralized between Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach on a Quiet Beach. Great ocean view from all Balconies. Great Rental!

We stayed in this unit 8/14 - 8/21/10 we had 6 adults and 2 children, we had the best time, it very close to everything, in a great location, the beach was a short walk but fantastic, not crowded at all. The set up at this place is fantastic as well, there is plenty of room, very well maintained and it had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend this property and hope to come back again next year!
