  We stayed 8-20-11 for a week when we were asked to leave by hurrican Irene. Everything is very nice and the Leachs' are very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a few miles. We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old, and there was plently of space. Highly recommended. Thanks.

  Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Bethany Beach. Your unit at Indian Harbor Villas is absolutely stunning and in perfect condition. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the comfortable beds, and the use of internet and cable television. My family and I had a wonderful and memorable stay and I hope to stay again next year.

  Location is centralized between Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach on a Quiet Beach. Great ocean view from all Balconies. Great Rental!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Owner response: Ron, Glad you had a good time! We are about to start a maintenance week, as several things have broken or need to be replaced, including the dishwasher and refrigerator. I think new carpet will be on the agenda this year as well. Thanks again! Carol and Michael Leach

  We stayed in this unit 8/14 - 8/21/10 we had 6 adults and 2 children, we had the best time, it very close to everything, in a great location, the beach was a short walk but fantastic, not crowded at all. The set up at this place is fantastic as well, there is plenty of room, very well maintained and it had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend this property and hope to come back again next year!
