Our spacious Poipu home and guest cottage is perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. There's also a full size pool table and ocean view hot tub for parties of up to 14 guests. You're located across a quiet neighborhood road from the beach.
RENT THE MAIN RESIDENCE, GUEST HOUSE, OR BOTH! The Lanai Beach Home has room for eight guests and our smaller Lanai Iki cottage will accommodate six.
LANAI BEACH HOME HAS 4,000sf, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You'll enjoy ocean views from many rooms and the expansive deck. An extra large great room features a huge kitchen, living and dining room and office nook (with queen sleeper sofa) Two of the three bedrooms have lanai access to the ocean view spa. Your ocean view master has a king bed and soothing sunken tub.
LANAI IKI COTTAGE ADDS 900 SF. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest cottage on stilts can be rented separately. There's a queen futon sleeper sofa in living room. Lanai Iki has a fully equipped kitchen and is tucked away behind the main residence.

The Unique Benefits at this House
You are literally 30 to 40 steps away from white sandy beaches. Right down the road approx 1/2 mile is a fantastic snorkeling site (in front of the Beach House Restaurant). Soon there will be the new Kukuiula 18 Hole golf course. The sunsets are just breathtaking and amazing.
