  Our stay was excellent! We started everyday with a bowl of cereal in our condo. We enjoyed a late dinner at the Irish pub located in the building, after returning from a great day at Magic Kingdom. We enjoyed a late night pizza from the Pizza-Hut Express also located in the building. We were close to everything, Disney Parks, Downtown Disney, shopping, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts whatever you need. The condo was very clean and relaxing after a busy day.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Returned tonight from Disney. We are ages 5 through 50-something. Had 7 of us in the Condo, and had plenty of room. Had a fabulous 5 night stay at this Condo. Very clean, very close to the parks (10 minutes max) and a beautiful setting. We had a 4 day pass, and after day 2, decided to have a laid back day at the pool, and do some shopping at the outlets. No complaints, except for the pillows. Hard as rocks. BUT, Wal-Mart is less than a mile away, and was able to pick up a $7 pillow that had me sleeping soundly after the 1st night (with the rock-hard pillow). Michael was great to deal with, no problems there. Would highly recommend to families, couples or singles, as there was alot going on, but not SO much that you couldn't relax. Look forward to renting again (but not until I have grand-kids) I am Disney'd out!!

  We just got back from spending 6 days at Disneyworld. The location of this condo was perfect, there were 7 of us ( 4 adults and 3 children) the 3 bd is great, two of the rooms had king size beds so no fighting over the bigger bed. The condo was clean and well kept, unfortunately we didn't spend a lot of time there, you should try to spend one day at the pool the kids loved the ship and slides. We also had a excellent meal at the Irish pub downstairs, we had the beef tenderloin and salmon both were cooked perfectly (and we are picky:) Checking in/out was a breeze.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We were just at the condo in October. It was wonderful! We will never stay in a "regular hotel" in Orlando again! The condo was clean and both our kids had their own rooms which they loved and we loved the privacy, too. The pool was real nice and the on-site food was good to have as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone and we plan to go back.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We just got back from Disney two weeks ago, and we had a blast! The hotel was wonderful! The pool was a very popular place after the parks and during our free day. The hotel is located right in the middle of every place, even Walmart. It took us 15 min. to get to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, and it took us less than 10 min. to get to Sea World. The owner was great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. I have recommended this place to others.

  We just returned from a week at this condo. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the location was great. The amenities were good and they even let us do a late checkout because one of our family members was very sick on the day of check out. We will come back again! Especially when it's warmer and we can use the awesome pool! Very convenient to Disney, but away from the crowds and traffic.

  The decision is unanimous among my family of 6 and I. When we return to the Disney area for our next vacation, we'll be staying in the LBV Resort and preferably in unit 1512 of Building 1, (Mr. Hilliard's condo). Not only was it the best value, but the hotel staff couldn't have been more kind and accommodating to my family and I. When asked about our experience in Disney, we'll have no problem referring other family and friends to Michael and the LBV Resort.

  The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The condo is nice and located with 2 miles of the Disney property. It is ideal for families with children as it has 2 pools, a rec room, a game room and an adjacent outlet mall. The kitchen was great as you can cook meals if you choose. There is a Super WalMart (with a grocery section) within a mile. The management company will bring a crib upon request. I would recommend this property.
