Why the Owner Chose Colony Reef
St. Augustine Beach is the best beach town in Florida. There is so much to do and so many great places to visit. The condo is only two hours away and the water is beautiful! We love the horseshoe design of the condos, allowing all oceanfront units a great view. Also, the huge swimming pool and other great amenities were a big draw.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The amenities at Colony Reef are magnificent! We have the largest outdoor pool that I've seen anywhere in the area. We also have a great indoor pool and health club, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and two championship tennis courts. We also have a full-time rental office run by the greatest, most hospitable office staff in Florida.

We really loved our week staying in this condo in Colony Reef. The beach here is lovely, and the location is very convenient -just a very short (few minutes) drive to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, the pier/beach area and the actual city of St. Augustine itself. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. My 4 year old boy LOVED the nautical smaller bedroom with the high built-in beds because it was "like a boat." There's a nice, updated plasma tv -newer than the pictures show. The master bath is also nice with a great shower! The balcony was perfect with a small grill that worked very well and it looks right over the pool and out to the ocean. You can clearly see and hear the ocean from the balcony! There is a comfy bar-height table and chairs out there w/ a ceiling fan for playing games at night and just relaxing to the beach sounds. The pool was lovely and clean and they came and cleaned it early every morning. The second bedroom is very roomy and has room for 3 people to sleep with a queen and a twin. We can't wait to go back!
