The first floor includes a living room (with fireplace), family room, study (with fireplace), two dining areas, kitchen (with fireplace), laundry room and full bathroom. The house is located centrally to Studio City, Beverly Hills and Hollywood.
This house is in the neighborhood of Wonderland Elementary School, one of the best public schools in Los Angeles.
