Oceanfront home with wonderful beach views from two decks. Home layout is reverse living with kitchen, dining, living and master bedrooms on top level for best views. Located a stone's throw from a life guarded beach (during summer season). Park your car for the week as stores, restaurants and other services are a short walk away. House is located on a flag lot for privacy from the street. Guarded bay beach for younger children is a short walk. Sunset Park has a playground, ball field, tennis courts, basketball court as well as a dock for fishing and crabbing.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outside shower and relax on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. Throw some burgers on the barbeque and watch the sunset over the bay.
Eight beach badges will be provided for access to Harvey Cedar's ocean and bay beaches.

Why the Owner Chose Harvey Cedars
The north end of Long Beach Island is far less commercial and crowded than the southern half. It is family oriented and is an excellent place to vacation with our three children. There is a variety of activities ranging from swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, crabbing, etc to keep everyone busy.
