Situated on Harbor Pond, this Block Island-style cottage is comfortable and casual. The house was featured in Coastal Living magazine in October 2008. It has amazing views of Harbor Pond, Clayhead, ocean, and the sunrise over Crescent Beach. You can walk across the street to swimming beaches or launch a kayak from the backyard into Harbor Pond. There is a great yard for outdoor play and dining. The house is situated between Old and New Harbors, town, and marinas. Six beach chairs, outdoor dining with Adirondack chairs and table with patio size umbrella.
There is a large combined kitchen/dining area, living room, and half bath with laundry on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The bedding is 1 queen, 2 singles, and 1 double. Loft style bedrooms do not offer complete privacy.
