Just a few steps from the ocean, oceanside pools, rec center and playgrounds, this lovely home offers ocean and Currituck Lighthouse views from the many decks and gazebo.
Cozy nooks and spacious family areas guarantee the perfect place for reading a good book or enjoying your family and friends. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, is fully equipped for cooking for your small family or a large group. Many upgrades have been made over the past two years insuring that this home is always fresh and clean.
The main living area includes a dining room that will seat 10 people with additional bar seating for three at the kitchen counter. Just beyond the wet bar, is the Ship's Watch, with a cozy area for reading and a desk with Wi-Fi connection when you need to re-connect to the world! The great room offers an HD46 inch flat sceen TV with Theatre System surround sound, Blu-Ray DVD, CD Player and XM Radio.
It also has hook-ups for IPod/MP3 players and a gas fireplace. This floor also includes a half bath and a KING Master Bedroom with whirlpool tub and porch. The southwest protected deck, off the dining room, is the perfect place for sunning in the cooler months. The large deck, off the great room, provides beautiful views of the ocean and a hammock to enjoy a long afternoon nap!
The mid-level includes a den with an HD42 inch flat screen TV/DVD. There is one KING bedroom, two QUEEN bedrooms and a room with a DUOBUNK and TRUNDLE bed. There are two full baths plus a separate laundry room. The two decks, on this level, are home to a large hot tub and hammock swing. No need to bring a port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, dog bed, beach chairs, or beach toys.
We provide our guests with two sets of towels per person and the beds are made for your arrival. You will find this home beautifully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a hassle-free vacation. Even the outside shower has a hand-held sprayer to easily shampoo the dog after an ocean romp!

Why the Owner Chose Corolla Light
I have been coming to the Outer Banks since I was a small child. With the beautiful soft sand beaches by the ocean and a easy walk to the Currituck Sound, Corolla Light has always been my family's favorite vacation location. With all the great amenities at Corolla Light, purchasing a home here was a very easy decision. Beautiful sunrises, amazing sunsets and wonderful lazy days in between! It doesn't get better than this!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Everything for a great vacation is within easy reach. A 2 minute walk to the beach and the ocean! If you are a pool lover, there are three pools, right next to the beach, that offer poolside food, drinks and games for the kids. There is even a great seafood restaurant that overlooks the ocean - one of our favorite places! The pools are surrounded by a basketball court, volleyball court, putting green, shuffle board and playgrounds for the kids! There are outside tennis courts too. There is even a skate board park, just a short walk from the house. If you really want a work-out, head to the Sports Center for indoor tennis, racquetball, exercise/weight room, indoor heated pool and steam rooms. They also offer tennis lessons and exercise classes. We especially enjoy just relaxing on one of our decks - the front deck to enjoy coffee in the morning and back deck for catching some sun and reading the latest good book. Our new kitchen makes cooking a joy - lots of room to entertain family and friends.
Great seafood restaurant that overlooks the ocean - our favorite for crabcakes!
