  I brought my wife here as a surprise honeymoon (overfdue). I was on R&R leave from Afghanistan and had been away from her for 5 of the 6 months we were married. So as newlyweds this was a perfect spot for us. Judy was so very pleasant to work with, she was very quick to reply to all my questions, which was a blessing while planning this overseas. When we arrived we were so happy with the cleanliness and location. We got there during the first week of spring break, however the location was off the main area of the college kids. We are a young couple, but have no interest in the craziness that is typically spring break. The condo was the perfect size for us and the view of the ocean was so nice! We really enjoyed having the stocked kitchen to cook our own meals and not spend money eating out all the time. PCB was a lot of fun, a bit chilly but we made the best of it. I definitely plan to vacation here again with my family in the future. I look forward to more trips when I return from my deployment. Thank You!

  Beautiful condo. Had all the necessities for any traveler. Convienantly located on the 4th floor. Easy access to and from building. Judy was great to work with. Other than the weather being somewhat cold throughout the week, we did have 2 days of great sunshine. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

  We contacted the owner, Judy, and she rented us another condo they own in the same building, as this one was booked. It was fabulous! This property is right on the beach, and we could suntan and watch sea-life from our balcony lounge chairs. We loved the "Florida Beach" decor and that we could hear the rolling waves from the condo. The condo unit and the building are well maintained and clean. Stove, fridge, washing machine, and dryer were perfect, and the king mattress was super comfortable. We cooked many meals, however there are nice restaurants nearby. The property is at the beginning a row of condos, so is quite private and the people we met were really friendy. There is a pool and hot tub on the site at beach level as well as one across a walk-way in the parking garage. They have a nice gym there too. You can walk for groceries to nearby Carousel (good prices) and the big Pier Park shopping centre is about 2 miles and a bit away. The Big Outlet Mall is a 30 minute drive to Destin - Loved this! You can fish right off the beach and we saw one guy with a good sized Redfish, although we were not so lucky. The beach itself provided miles of sugar white sand to walk, and we always felt safe. Judy the owner, is wonderful and provided an easy, NO hassel, rental experience. We were grateful that she could allow us to extend our stay when we found we were enjoying ourselves so much, we decided not to move on after our first week. Cannot say enough on how pleasant the owner is, and how much we appreciated that there was no problem with our request to extend our stay for the "odd" 9 more days.

  We could not be more pleased with our stay in this condo. The owners were very gracious from beginning to end of our correspondence and the condo was every thing they promised it would be. The view of the ocean from our 4th floor deck just outside the living room was great. We had the sound of surf to sleep and read by. Located on Front Beach Road we were not far from good restaurants such as Mike's Diner. We will be recommending this conco to our friends, relatives and anyone else who is looking for a great place to relax with no hassle concerning arrangements.

  We had a good time at the condo. Owner delivered everything as promised, was super easy to deal with in making reservation and clear on all details. Clean, accessible beachfront condo. Would definitely return!

  We spent five glorious much needed vacation days in Panama City Beach. The accommodations were wonderful. The condo is beautiful, much more spacious than I imagined and the views of the beach, sunrise and sunset were spectacular. The owner was very accommodating and communication excellent. From morning coffee on the balcony to relaxing in the poolside hot tub before retiring, everything was wonderful. We found the grocery store, restaurants and shopping conveniently located and easy to access. This is quiet area and the beach access is great. Simply cannot say enough good things about Panama City Beach, the condo and the owner. We hope to return next year and can't imagine looking anywhere else. This place has all you could ask for in a great vavcation and relaxing getaway. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

  Convenient to beach and shopping. Nicely decorated with everything you need to feel right at home. The owner keeps in touch to see that you have everything you need. I would recommend this property to my friends and family!

  We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The condo is great, and the views are wonderful. Judy is great to work with and extremely helpful. We have rented from her several times before, and we will continue to do so!

  We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. It was very easy to get to the parking garage and the beach from this condo! We will definitely be back! Judy was a wonderful owner to work with!
