The Kiby House is a holiday property in secure private grounds, near to Jolly Harbour and all amenities including marina, casino, bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops.
Large outside decking and sun terrace with 4 loungers and swing seat provide comfortable areas for lazing by the pool, large stainless steel gas barbecue for that all important alfresco dining experience.
In addition there is a large canopy shade over the ceramic patio dining area which includes a glass top table and comfortable seating for 6. The villa is fully air conditioned, very spacious lounge, dining room table/chairs 6, kitchen and 3 large bedrooms.
The pool has a safety cover that can be opened or closed easily. In the kitchen there is a large American style fridge and freezer, gas cooker grill and hob. A separate utility room with large washing machine.

definately will be returning! beautifully maintained property with picturesque views. 5 mins walk to nearest beach, great local supermarket which stocks some waitrose foods. did not want to leave the poolside, very relaxing. also is a must is the hotel to the rear of the property about a 5mins walk which has a good gym, beauty room, pools and nightlife. everything is in walking distance from this property, cannot be faulted in any way!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
