This lovely, new home has three bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom. Then there is a large great room with a sofa sleeper and large kitchen. There are two deck areas that include a gas BBQ grill. Bedroom configuration -- Master suite with King bed, Business suite with Queen bed and computer, Kids suite with two twin day beds with two twin trundles, sofa bed in living room and air mattress for additional slipping anywhere.
It is conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Sol Vista ski area, 25 minutes from Winter Park ski area and 25 minutes from lovely Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. In addition, there are four premier golf courses within 15 minutes as well as numerous other year round activities.
The house is located within the Grand Elk Ranch and Club. During your stay, you will enjoy golf on the 18-hole Craig Stadler signature heathland style course and the fabulous clubhouse and restaurant located only blocks away.
