LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION AND BEST PRICES. Our condominium was completely renovated in 2007 and updated again in 2010. It is a ski-in/ski-out home at the base of PC Mountain Resort, just minutes from Main Street.
Not only is the condo at the base of the Mountain Resort ski area, for skiing variety, it is located about midway between The Canyons and Deer Valley.
NEWLY RENOVATED. The condo features new stainless appliances, granite, slate, travertine, a new fireplace, new beds, and many other new furniture pieces. It has a hotel suite/master bedroom downstairs with sitting area that has a private full bath, queen bed, 32" flat screen, small fridge, and balcony.
Also downstairs is the family room, kitchen, dining area, and another full bath. The family room area features a fireplace, 32" flat screen, balcony and sofa bed.
Upstairs is the loft area which is the second bedroom. Shutters installed this year allow for complete privacy from the area below. It has a full bath, sitting area with couch, TV, and a king bed. Two twin air mattresses with linens are available for extra guests/children.
SUMMER FUN. Park City is generally known for its Winter activities but Summer is a great time of year here.
Enjoy activities such as the Mountain Resort recreational area with alpine slide, Olympic Park, golf, biking, hiking, great restaurants, swimming, etc.
Park City is also home to the Triple Crown Softball Tournament, Park City Extreme Cup Soccer Tournament, and the Kimball Arts Festival -- all in the month of July and early August.
As part of the renovation we added AIR CONDITIONING and double pane doors to maintain interior comfort all season.

This rental was extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient. The unit is a very short walk to and from the base of mountain right at Payday lift. My family was able to save a little cash by meeting up most days at the rental for lunch. The entryway has ample space and accommodations to store equipment. Holly was extremely helpful in many ways and was genuinely interested in ensuring we had everything we needed. Would love to go back when there is more snow.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great week in this very comfortable condo. Holly was great to deal with and this place is well furnished and well equipped. You can't beat the location for skiing. Also convenient to take shuttle to downtown.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean & nicely equipped. Location was extremely convenient-1 minute to PayDay Lift. The owner was very attentive. My teen aged grandchildren loved it as well. 3 full baths were a plus! Try Jake's for equipment rental. They'll match coupons, have new equipment & are small so in & out quickly. Bus stop next to the lodge. Underground parking included. Good workout facility. Convenient to shopping areas & Main Street.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
