LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our condominium was completely renovated in 2007 and is a ski-in/ski-out home at the base of PC Mountain Resort, just minutes from Main Street.
Not only is the condo at the base of the Mountain Resort ski area, for skiing variety, it is located about midway between The Canyons and Deer Valley.
NEWLY RENOVATED. The condo features granite, slate, travertine, a new fireplace, new beds, and appliances. It has a hotel suite/master bedroom downstairs that has a private full bath, queen bed, 32" flat screen, small fridge, and balcony.
Also downstairs is the family room, kitchen, dining area, and another full bath. The family room area features a fireplace, 32" flat screen, balcony and sofa bed.
Upstairs is the loft area which is the second bedroom. It has a full bath, sitting area with couch, 2 TV's, and a king bed. Two twin air mattresses with linens are available for extra guests/children.
SUMMER FUN. Park City is generally known for its Winter activities but Summer is a great time of year here.
Enjoy activities such as the Mountain Resort recreational area with alpine slide, Olympic Park, golf, biking, hiking, great restaurants, swimming, etc.
Park City is also home to the Triple Crown Softball Tournament, Park City Extreme Cup Soccer Tournament, and the Kimball Arts Festival -- all in the month of July and early August.
As part of the renovation we added AIR CONDITIONING and double pane doors to maintain interior comfort all season.
