Only minutes to 3 premiere public golf courses, hiking on the Long Trail, a tennis and fitness center, fishing, boating and live theater at the Weston Playhouse.

Only 1/2 mile to the local shopping plaza, very close to many fine restaurants, 4 different church services and the Mountain Valley Medical Clinic. Whether you shop at the plaza, local individual shops or the outlets of nearby Manchester VT., all are fun.

The house sleeps 8. Along with a large master bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet space, there is a queen bed, two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

The dining room table easily seats 10, the kitchen is large and fully equipped. The living room is open and has a 37"LCD TV provided. Along with the house the 42' long deck is relaxing, furnished, and overlooks nearly 2 acres of open lawn, boarded by secluding forest.

The 28'X28' attached garage is also a asset. The house has recently been totally furnished, new carpet installed and painted.

A washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet service, and phone service are provided. This house can be rented weekly, monthly or seasonally. The owner is local and can provide local knowledge.

This is a nice house in a nice location in a nice area!!!
