Just steps to the 282 stairs of MT. BALDHEAD WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE MOST BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE AREA. Take the path directly behind the house half mile across the wooded dunes to OVAL BEACH or drive, walk, ride your bike down the road to OVAL BEACH also half mile from the house. VOTED BEST BEACH IN THE MIDWEST BY THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE 2007!!
Bedroom with walk-in full bath(glass block shower) upstairs and bedroom/full bath (tub and shower) downstairs. Upstairs is the main living floor with brazilian cherry hardwoods and lots of windows up in the trees with beautiful large screened-in furnished porch including dining table and Kalamazoo river water views. Also located on the second floor is a well stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Open balcony overlooking the dunes with gas grill located just off the kitchen with additional outdoor seating. Many have called the dwelling a tree house because of the height and surrounding wooded dunes!! Watch for the wildlife including deer, owls, and many other interesting birds.

I enjoy being just steps to the river and sitting on the public dock watching the boats and all the activity of downtown Saugatuck.... close enough to be part of the action but far enough away for peace and privacy.
