This little jewel of a 17th century house on Prinsengracht, has recently been lovingly restored. While fitted with every modern convenience, it still maintains its unique character and charm. You can watch boats go by from both the living room, on the first (above ground) floor and from one of the 2 top floor bedrooms.

It is located just 1/2 block from the nearest tram stop in one direction and the arts and antiques district of Amsterdam in the other. The Rijksmuseum is just around the corner and shops, a variety of great restaurants, cafes and delicatessens are all in the immediate neighborhood.

The apartment is 70m2 (700 sq. ft.)spread over 2 floors; kitchen and living on the first floor (above ground) and on the second floor, accessed by an internal staircase, are 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between them. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and balconies off the back.
