You can watch boats go by from both the living room, on the first (above ground) floor and from one of the 2 top floor bedrooms.
It is located just 1/2 block from the nearest tram stop in one direction and the arts and antiques district of Amsterdam in the other. The Rijksmuseum is just around the corner and shops, a variety of great restaurants, cafes and delicatessens are all in the immediate neighborhood.
The apartment is 70m2 (700 sq. ft.)spread over 2 floors; kitchen and living on the first floor (above ground) and on the second floor, accessed by an internal staircase, are 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between them. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and balconies off the back.
