Fully air conditioned, with four bathrooms (3 master suites) King master suite one boasts a King Size bed, Walk in Closets, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, Cordless Phone,Alarm clock radio, Hairdryer Ceiling fans, beautiful silk drapes and soft furnishings . A pin code safe to lock away all your valuables, ensuite comprising a large corner bath, walk in double shower cubicle, His and her vanity bowls with a separate W.C. and access to the pool area. The second king master suite has a king size bed,Flat Screen TV DVD Player , alarm clock radio, hair dryer,Walk In closets beautiful drapes , the en suite comprising walk in shower cubicle,vanity bowl and and W.C. Both King Master Suites are situated on the first floor.
The children will love the Den , where they can dress up as Harry Potter and freinds with the cloaks and wands provided, they really will beleive they are at Hogwarts.!(this room sleeps 2)
The third master is a queen.This is situated on the second floor, contemporary and stylish with shower cubicle, vanity bowl and wc,sliding glass mirror wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is Sponge Bob's , with twin beds and ensuite bathroom, consisting of bath with shower over WC and basin, TV and DVD Player. Minnie Mickey and Goofys is bedroom 5. With Mickeys own TV and lamp.Also on the second floor is a study/loft area, where you can 'log on'to the home computer or use your own laptop, and we also have wireless broadband, if using your laptop watching the telly is your thing!
There is a Games Room which consists of a Pool Table ,Air Hockey , Foosball ,Table Tennis and a Basketball game. WE provide 2 BMX bikes ,2 Adults Bikes, Fishing Rods , Playstation 2 and Board Games. A range of various sports equipment is available for your use all completely free of charge to try and make our home your perfect holiday home.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for a first class vacation. Items including Range, Dishwasher,
Fridge Freezer with ice maker, all the crockery and cutlery imaginable, coffee maker, blender, smoothiemaker, waffle maker you name it we've got it!
We have the largest corner plot on the whole development ,(15,000 sq ft) the decking area around the pool is a total of 1845 sq ft. Then there is the huge garden behind to play whatever sports take your fancy.(we provide basketball volley ball and table tennis) With the sun all day on the pool area,this is a villa you won't want to escape from.
For your childrens safety and complying with Florida Law all doors and windows leading to the outside are alarmed to give you complete peace of mind. We don't charge any extra for the 'attention to detail' items that being a Mum I believe are neccesary for a first class vacation.Including the following!

About myself: I am a mid-forties 'Mom' with three gorgeous children, aged 23(kate) 16 (scott) and 13 (ellie), and I love them to bits. I've worked for myself for 23 years, owning and running a kitchen design and installation company, alongside a growing international portfolio of high specification rental homes. The rationale that underpins my kitchen company mission statement: ‘Designed by a woman with women in mind’ has been extended to the 'modus operandi' in our holiday rental's business.
