The house itself is a 3 bed/2 bath - 2 bedrooms with beds, the third bedroom is an office. and about 1350 square feet. We have internet/Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and a/c.
Three bedrooms: Master with Queen Bed, French doors that open to the backyard and DirectTV. Second room has a Queen Iron Bed and French doors that open to the backyard as well. Third room had been converted to an office.
Kitchen: Gourmet with 4 burner plus griddle Wolf Range, Viking Refrigerator, Wine Fridge and butcher block style island. Microwave and dishwasher.
Dining Room: Open to the kitchen and has French Doors that open to the front porch. Living room: DirectTV and stereo system (CD). French Doors open to front porch.
Backyard: Shady backyard. Picnic table and seating for afternoon refreshments.
Front yard: Outdoor seating for 4, best used for wine and cheese before dinner.
Our house is located on Hudson and Spring Street in St. Helena – ½ mile from town and a pleasant walk on summer evenings. We love to walk to the Martini House and eat in the cellar (mostly locals and no reservations required).
There is a farmer’s market on Friday mornings which is within walking distance too. St. Helena is the “heart” of the Napa Valley and centrally located to over 200 wineries.
I would be happy to leave recommendations for you for dining, wineries and other activities in the area.

We are a retired couple in our 60' s. We travel to Montana and Mexico regularly. He was an oilman and she was an accountant. We have 3 grandkids all under 5 years old. We love fly fishing in Montana, sitting on the beach in Mexico and drinking wine in the Napa Valley. We hope you enjoy our home!
Why the Owner Chose St. Helena
St. Helena is our main home and our kids live close by. We are gone at least 6 months out of the year to our 2 other vacation homes so we wanted to give other people the opportunity to enjoy our home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Napa Valley is like no other place. There is wine tasting, incredible gourmet restaurants and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and waterskiing. We are 3 hour away from the mountains and the snow and 2 hours away from San Francisco. We can access the world but leave it behind to enjoy the quiet small town life in St. Helena.
