We welcome you in our little part of heaven. An ideal winter escape from the cold climate of western Canada or the northern United States. From our Mesquite home, you are an hour to the action and shopping in Las Vegas, 40 minutes of spectacular views to St. George Utah, an hour to Lake Mead....travelling through the Valley of Fire.
Mesquite offers all the services of the big city but with small town warmth. Eight golf courses beckon, along with tennis courts, walking trails and a stocked fish pond.
On site amenities include waterfall swimming pool with hot tub, fitness facility and barbeque area. Arrangements can be made to provide additional adjoining properties so for large groups, we can have 8 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 5 bathrooms - all in one building!

We spent Thankgsgiving 2011 in this condo & couldn't be more pleased. Our expectations were well exceeded. The condo is very nicely appointed. The owners are a joy to work with. The location is perfect for golf, shopping or casino's. You will not be disappointed with this condo! We look forward to returning in the near future.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beautifully appointed Condo with beautiful view of the part and mesa. The condo was clean and comfortably appointed. We had a scrap booking retreat with six friends and we had so much fun using the great room to crop and cook and the roomy bedrooms when we were tired! One bedroom did not have a tv (that is literally the only thing I would change). The condo development is quiet we never heard the neighbors. The park is close for a nice walk after a meal. The owner was extremly helpful in answering all of my questions prior to renting. I would deffinetly recommend this property to friends and family. We can't wait for our next scrapbook retreat at this amazing property!

The place was great - centrally located with nice views. Perfect for 4 guys playing a bunch of golf. We'll hopefully use this spot again next time.
