The home is completely furnished with everything you will need... entertainment center, open kitchen, washer and dryer, fresh high-quality linens. Enjoy a great book on the back deck or by the private pool Or pack up a bag and go to the beach using Ocean Point’s private beach entrance.
MASTER SUITE – The master suites comes equipped with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and separate shower. Balcony off the bedroom with a view of the private pool and marsh.
GUEST SUITES - Special attention has been paid to all bedrooms including a TV for guest convenience.
FLOOR PLAN OVERVIEW -
FIRST FLOOR - The first floor features a large common area, guest suite with private bathroom, walk-in laundry room, and half bath. Outdoor living is enjoyed on the large deck that overlooks the pool and the marsh
The common area features a large dining room table and bar area for friends to sit and chat while you cook. Whether your group gathers around to play board games or simply enjoy great music and drinks and food around the kitchen, this area can handle a crowd.
The spacious kitchen with ample counter space and bar overhang complete with stools contains everything one could possibly need from pots and pans to an ample supply of dishes, glasses, and gadgets.
SECOND FLOOR - The second floor features marsh views from the one of the guest suites and the master suite. The master suite features a king size bed, balcony overlooking the marsh, soaking tub and separate shower with dual vanities. There are two guest suites on this level that share a bath via jack and jill doors.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA/POOL – The outdoor area features a deck overlooking the private pool and patio area complete with gas grill on the deck area. Enjoy lazy afternoons by the pool, and candlelit dinners under the cabana with your favorite music from the outdoor speakers.
