Welcome to Seal Cove Carriage House Studio which is located directly across from Crescent Beach and is set in between the beach and The Great Pond, a nature preserve behind the studio.

Relax and enjoy the japanese garden at the Carriage House entrance. The studio has birch wood floors and is bright and filled with natural light. Enjoy fresh Atlantic ocean air when opening the french doors onto the balcony to see lengthy views of lawns, woods, and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with counter and stools for casual dining and a dining table for more formal dining.

The carriage house is within walking or biking distance to Crescent Beach State Park for those who love to swim and be on the beach. The Carriage House is located diagonally across from The Inn by the Sea, a 4 star resort offering fine indoor and outdoor dining. The Inn also offers a menu of tranquil coastal spa treatments.

Adjacent are many miles of Cape Elizabeth Land Trust Trails for those who like to hike in the woods. You can view and canoe The Great Pond, go bird watching as well as see deer, an occasional moose and maybe even a fox on your hike.

Discover breathtaking lighthouse views in Cape Elizabeth by visiting Two Lights State Park and the Lobster Shack Restaurant and Gift Shop as well as visiting Portland Headlight and Museum in Fort Williams.

Be sure to shop at the various Cape Elizabeth Farms to buy fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, herbs and Maine lobster or to go horseback riding. Visit the Thomas Memorial Library for great reading material and to view the current art gallery exhibits by local artists.

The city of Portland is just an 8 mile drive, where you will find an incredible selection of dining options, lots of great music, theatre, the Portland Museum of Art and plenty of Old Port boutiques and galleries to shop in. LL Bean and shopping in Freeport is just a 35 minute drive north.
