Welcome to the incredible view of the white sandy beaches of North Myrtle Beach from our beautiful oceanfront condo at Crescent Villas #305. It is directly on the beach, about 50 feet from the white sand. It is family owned, well taken care of and considered our second home. We own it because we love the beach and know our renters will love it too and hope they are caring individuals.
Our newly remodeled unit has wood floors in the living/dining areas and ceramic floors in the kitchen/bathroom areas. The two bedrooms are newly carpeted. Our condo is tastefully furnished and decorated. You can enjoy the ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. While standing at the kitchen sink you can see out to the dazzling ocean.
The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony and you can see the ocean from your queen size bed! The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Ceiling fans are in each room. Both bathrooms have been newly remodeled and nicely decorated .
The kitchen has new counter tops and cupboards and is fully equipped with everything your family will need for those home away from home cooked meals. Or all the conveniences for snacks, appetizers and cocktails on the balcony. Put your feet up and enjoy the view!
Crescent Villas is 50 feet from the wide, sandy beach. So easily accessible for all ages. It also offers an outdoor swimming pool, sundeck and a grilling area with charcoal grills and picnic tables. North Myrtle Beach gives you the convenience of having 100's of restaurants and activities minutes away, without being in the bumper to bumper traffic of Myrtle Beach.
The condo is in the center of the Golf Capital of the World. There are over 100 golf courses in the immediate area. Shopping is plentiful, with Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, Market Commons and Coastal Grande Mall only minutes away. There are hundreds of restaurants within a few minutes drive. There is so much to do that there is never a dull moment, unless you choose to just sit on the balcony overlooking the beach and watch the sunset!
If you are interested in booking additional condos in this building we have access to condo #105, #206 and #102. We would be glad to assist you. We ask that adult renters be 25 years and up. Families with children of course are welcome!
