It was just like the pictures you see online. Clean and well maintained. We had trouble with the dishwasher draining, I called signatures and a repair man was there within 2hours and fixed it. What I liked is someone is there 7 days a week to answer your questions. They were very prompt on my e-mails and questions. We stayed in tower 1. I highly recommend.

Great Place if you don't mind being a short walk to Casino

This place was fantastic. This was by far the best stay that I have had in Vegas. Unless I am with an avid player I will be staying here in the future. A short walk to the MGM which was nicer than I remembered. It was very nice and huge. We loved being away from the constant ding of the slots. The pools were wonderful, no crazy beef darts walking around with yards of daiquiris and bass music thumping. Note if you need to go to another casino don’t make my mistake and think if it looks like it just down the block you should walk. The cabbies are cool and not expensive.

We loved our stay here. We were traveling with kids and the room made the visit to Vegas so much better than just a hotel room! And at a great price! We had private pools to use, a beautiful room with jacuzzi and full kitchen and views that made us enjoy our time as a family. If you have to go to Vegas, this is the place to stay. Unbeatable value!

This was our second stay at The MGM Signature, both with this agency, and I highly recommend staying here if your travel plans take you to Las Vegas. The room is first class and very spacious. We were on the 38th floor both visits and the views are great. There are several pools to enjoy and staff at the MGM is very friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay here, this was our second time at MGM Signature, the first time we rented thru' them this time we rented thru' by owner...was very pleased with this option. Having some familarity with the hotel we pretty much knew exactly what room and location we would be getting, and the room did not disappoint. And for us it was nice to be able to have that option versus getting to the hotel and wondering what kind of room/view you're going to get...sometimes it's great other times not so much...so we knew this was going to be great! We rarely use the maid service during our stays so to not have that extra cost was a plus as well. MGM Signature is a longer walk to the strip, but we're okay with that, and I travel with my teenage son, so the non-gaming is a plus for us. We have already inquired about coming back in July!

We stayed in a one bed penthouse apartment - top floor. The appartment was fab. Had eveything you could need, cutlery, pans, hairdryer etc. We always took the lift, which was very fast. We found getting to the strip took a long time walking through the MGM grand, so we walked the other way (the entrance you drive into) which reduced the time dramatically. Also good if you have kids as they don't see all the gambling. decor and comfort was top notch. would recommend to anyone. If you need to use the laundry facilities while you are there you need to be staing for 7 nights. we only stayed 4 so were not allowed.

Our party of three (myself (40’s) and my 72 and 75 year old parents) stayed in a 1 bedroom suite at the Signature for 5 nights from Monday, March 26th through to Saturday, March 31st, 2012. Age has its privileges so they had the king sized bed and I slept on the pull out sofa couch which was actually quite comfortable. Check-in went smoothly – the front desk had our names in the system and we were handed our room keys. In fact I feel we were treated by Signature staff no differently than if we had booked directly with them. It took no time for us at all to become “accustomed” to being greeted by the doorman by name and having the car brought up for us. Our suite was a corner unit in the Second Tower – 20702. We had views of the strip from the bedroom and views of the pool and hills from the balcony. This unit was very clean when we arrived and was equipped with every necessity you could think of. The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful! We loved the more “laid back” atmosphere at the MGM Signature as opposed to the MGM Grand. It was enjoyable to take in the whirlwind that is the strip and then to retreat back to our more peaceful “oasis” when we had enough. Not one of us had any issues with the walk to and from the strip – it is easy accessible and there are moving walkways that connect the Signature to the MGM Grand. Thanks and “Two Thumbs Up” to both girls who handle the enquiries and bookings (they know who they are). They both made the booking process easy and painless and answered my emails and questions promptly. This was a great rental experience and I do not have one negative thing to say. I feel this property offers great value for the money with the feeling of being a “step up” from a more casino-orientated property. I would highly recommend Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature. There is no question in my mind where I am staying when I head back to Las Vegas again next year!

We stayed in the 1 BR as well as the connected junior suite with our teen boys. PERFECT set up and one of the nicest places ever! Pictures are exactly what you get. Place was clean, comfortable with great amenities. Can't think of anything that I would change about our stay. Really appreciated the amenities at the MGM. Pools were great and grounds/building were always clean, comfortable and felt very safe. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Also appreciate the flexibility of the owner and cleaners in getting us in there early when we were transferring from another room. Everyone was wonderfully accommodating and friendly!

Excellent! All was as promised. Comfortable and wonderful view and location. Only negative and very minimal to overall experience was that the internet was very slow; enough so that working was difficult. Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature

We stayed three nights at the Signature. The first night we were awaken at 1am by the next door occupants who were screaming and slamming doors. We called security and they basically did nothing but tell them to quiet down. The last night we were awaken again in early am. with screaming, slamming doors and running down the hall. We called security again and they again did nothing but tell them to quiet down, which they did not do. These private condo rentals can't keep peace and quiet so I would definitely not recommend them at all. I I did call the owners and let them know of the problem and they also did nothing. They should have at least compensated us for one or two nights.

Owner response:I am so sorry, it is a very RARE occasion that this ever occurs. Unfortunately, we are not in control of what the MGM's guests do. We do recall you calling us and we instantly called the MGM and let them know of the issue and to immediately address it. Once the MGM is aware of the situation it is in their hands. The owner did offer you a free night, but you declined because you were leaving that day. We would be happy to give you a free night, your next trip to Vegas if you rent through us.

The condo we rented from VRBO was absolutely fabulous. We've been to Vegas several times and always stayed at hotels. The last time we stayed at Caesar's Palace and were fortunate enough to be given a free upgrade to a suite....absolutely beautiful, so needless to say this time we were a bit leery about finding something as nice! When we decided to go the condo route we made the decision because we really wanted a full kitchen. The unit we rented was exactly as it looked online.....absolutely beautiful. We were a little worried about being off the strip but the towers are all connected so you don't even have to go outside if you don't want to! The unit was clean and very well stocked with extra towels which we really appreciated. We had a slight problem with the garbage disposal not working and within a couple of hours someone had come and fixed it!...very impressed. We definately will be renting from VRBO again when we have the chance to...we would never do the hotel route again..:)

One Bedroom in Signature MGM

What a lovely experience to actually find the accommodations described to you on the internet be even above your expectations! Our apartment contained everything we needed, all the amenities of home and was in a quiet and smoke free environment. All over Vegas you are confined in smokey areas, so unlike we are used to, but this building is quiet, smoke free and well maintained. I wondered if the hotel staff would be as helpful since we were not renting directly from them, but they were attentive, friendly and helpful. We were in tower three, and yes it certainly was a long way to walk to the strip, but I feel for the beautiful apartment we had rented it was so worth the few extra steps. I would recommend this property highly! We rented a taxi to take us to the grocery store and we were surprised by how friendly and helpful the drivers were. I have been places were it was not a good experience to rent a cab....here it was a pleasure. They gave us great advice on travelling in Vegas and I found the fares very reasonable. When we arrived back at the door with our groceries, the staff were quick to unload the cab and have everything delivered to our room, even helping us put it away! I would definitely rent this way again!

Property was gorgeous! Exactly as listed on website. Room was beautiful. Entire suite was very clean and well maintained. The suite was fully equipped with a full kitchen and everything I needed to my stay. Living room and bedroom was spacious and homelike, so we were able to comfortably have my bridal party get their hair and makeup completed in my suite with no feeling of being "stuffed in a room". Master bathroom was stunning - jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful. From the balcony I had a fantastic view of the strip!! I would recommend to ALL my family and friends. I definitely plan on returning without hesitation.

We visited with our 2 daughters in October 2011. The whole complex, service and suite were well beyond our expectations and it was a very smooth booking arrangement with Rentals by Owner Direct at The Signature. The photos and description of suite of suite were very accurate. We had the most wonderful time.Views were spectacular from balcony, and pool area was very comfortable and clean.Service all round was very impressive.Really professional staff and nothing was a problem.The cafe on ground floor was particularly good and we often had great quality snacks down there.The kids loved the ice creams. Suite was spacious with all the facilities we needed and although we had couple of noise issues the rental company were quick to summon maintenance company and problem was resolved. I would recommend to bringown laptop if you want to be on internet etc as I didn't and use of PC's in hotels media room was a bit pricey. Location was excellent just off the strip and short drives covered all our requiements. One slight issue my wife had was with the washing facilites which we could use as we were staying for over1 week.I dont know whether it was one off but there was a woman from another tower using all the washers and dryers for 1 item of washing in each.It was quite frustrating for my wife as on 3 occasions this happened in space of 2 daysShe didn't think the signature policed this very well. NB Lazy River at MGM only opened at weekend in October and per day t was$15 to hire their floats t use it (you couldn't use your own). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and the MGM Signature to anyone and will use same agent and stay in the same apartment again on next years trip to Vegas.

We visit Vegas often, and have stayed at many properties, including at the Signature in the past. We had a great experience with this rental. Our unit was on the top floor and the views are fantastic. The balcony is a great addition. And the overall convenience of a roomy one bedroom suite with a top notch kitchen is great! The property was spotless when we arrived, everything was in good working order, and when we closed the door we never heard a sound from our neighbors. There were a few minor "misses" with the property, however. The mattress on the bed was pretty well worn, with a distinct slant toward the outside edges. The sheets were of very low quality. And there were no coffee filters for the maker (and the quality of the coffee provided was really bad). Plus one construction defect--the kitchen sink isn't properly seated and sealed to the countertop. Yes, minor complaints, and they didn't really detract from our stay, but with the otherwise top shelf feel to this property, you'd expect these details to be there as well. We will definitely look up this property again on a future Vegas fun trip.

Amazing Place

The room is excellent with an incredible view of vegas. The mini kitchen was perfect for your drinks and the hot tub was a plus. For a getaway i would pick this place over any of the other hotels. It may have been a bit of a walk to the mgm but after doing it three or four times you will not notice it anymore.

The room was on the top floor 38th penthouse. Great view over mountains side, long balcony. Service great from staff and 10 minutes from entry to MGM through moving walkways and into the hustle of Vegas. If you do not mind not having a strip view this is ideal with all the amenities you could ever need in the apartment.

Stayed four nights in Tower 2..penthouse level. The Signature is the way to go if you are looking for a beautiful condo close to the action, but not on top of the action. The room is spacious and the balcony views are incredible. The pool deck was really nice, and having your own lounge, Starbucks and deli on site was very convenient. For those who have never been to Vegas before, the food portions are huge when you eat out. To be able to take that food back and put it in the fridge was a really nice option. The walk to the MGM is no big deal as long as you don't have mobility issues. Five minutes tops to get into the MGM corridor, and the monorail access is very close once in the corridor. Been to Vegas several times and have stayed at the MGM Grand, TI, Mirage, and Palazzo. The Signature trumps them all. Will certainly book with them again.

This was our second stay at The Signature.. Two different properties. We loved our rooms both times! Very clean.. Beautiful... Access to all of VEGAS.. Very comfortable stay. Only a few complaints... There were a lot of moths in our room. We had to kill about 10 every night before going to be. Also, I was told there was a washer/dryer available in the unit.. Not until after we arrived did I find out the washer/dryer was only available to use if your stay was more than a week. =( Other than those problems we had such a great time. We would return in the future!!

My husband and I have been to Vegas many times and we have used VRBO many times. This rental, including the booking process with Signature Rental was, by far our favorite experience. This unit is truly wonderful. It is everything you would hope for in a penthouse and more! The views are spectacular, you can see forever from the balcony and from the many windows in the master suite. I am a true believer in telling others about a great experience. I have already passed along Nicole's (our awesome reservation guide at Signature Rental) phone number to so many people. My husband and I are actually working with her today to rebook this amazing room again in June 2011. If you are looking for an awesome company to help with your reservations, you have to call Signature Rentals. Great Vacation

We stayed at your property for 4 days. I can't say enough about the experience. It was a joy! People were so friendly and accomadating. We were going to rent a car from the airport & decided to do it on site thru the concierge. Car was brought to us at the resort by the valet and was returned the same way. Beautiful view, exceptional accomadations. Only issue if you want to call it that, was the distance you had to walk every day to the casino. But, when you're in Las Vegas that is the norm. Despite the walk, will stay there again. Thank you again for a great stay.

We have just returned home after having a fantastic time spent at this wonderful apartment. Have used VRBO several times before and always had good experiences Booking the apartment was really easy and the communication we received before our vacation was very professional and any queries we had were answered promptly Upon arrival we were welcomed by the friendly Reception staff. Our apartment was clean, modern and very spacious this is so much better than staying in a small hotel room Two Bathrooms one which is huge!!, 3 Tvs, a large bedroom, Kitchen and living room what more can anyone ask for and a washer/dryer perfect. The location was perfect, it was quiet about a block from the Strip, but also located near enough to all the action. Great views of the new City Centre We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Vegas! Thanks to Sandy and the team @ Signature Rental by Owner Direct we had a great time :-)

Quiet Location Near the Strip

We were delighted by this apartment, especially since it's not too easy to find suites in Vegas. It is a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) from the Signature through the main MGM lobby and onto the Strip, but there's also a lot of fun stuff to see along the way. What's great is that there's a monorail station located in the walkway to the main MGM lobby, and this monorail is very useful for getting to different places on the strip without having to use a car or taxi. All in all, the location was perfect for us: it was quiet, since it's a little bit removed from the Strip itself, but also located near enough to all the action. I don't think I've ever experienced a more luxurious bathroom in my life: we loved the built-in T.V. and the large whirlpool bathtub. We also appreciated the fact that there's a Starbucks located very close to the lobby, for picking up a good coffee early in the mornings. At first we were a bit worried about possible extra costs using the valet parking service, but without reason: all you have to do is give a little tip money to the people picking up your car (this is actually optional, but we always did it), and then the valet service had no extra costs involved and was VERY convenient. Insider tip: take the time to learn where the exits to the different parts of the Strip are located inside the MGM Grand main building. This will save you a lot of time, when you want to go out and about, exploring all of the different sights and sounds on Las Vegas Boulevard. The main hotel has some exits which are not marked too well which will nonetheless take you right out into the middle of the action, any time you want. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Vegas!

I had already picked the Signature as my preferred Hotel for me and my 2 kids (4 and 8). We saved heaps of money booking through VRBO and I received quick and accurate info for this property. Booking was really easy and from that point it was identical to booking through the hotel directly. We were treated wonderfully by all the staff and the place was perfect for a family. The private pool in particular was great as it was always quiet and more kid friendly than the main MGM Pools. My daughter thought the room was the fanciest she had ever seen! We opted to not have the room serviced which caused no problems at all and finding a combo washer/dryer was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Great deal on a great place

We made an error on our booking dates, and when we arrived at check in were told by the hotel staff that our reservation was not until the next day, and we would have to straighten it out with the owners. This also meant our check out was a day later than planned, and we were locked into the dates we thought we had booked (it was our mistake). We called the owners and left a message – they called back in less than 5 minutes, apologizing profusely for not answering our call directly. I explained the problem, and within another 5 minutes we were confirmed in another (identical) unit! The place was exactly as advertised, and the optional maid service via the owners was well worth it. We usually stay at the Mandalay Bay because of the pools, but the MGM pools are equal, and much more spread out. It’s a bit of a hike between the Signature towers and the main MGM, but all inside and with moving walkways, so really no problem. Highly recommended!
