UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) Come enjoy a true mountain vacation in luxury. With over 1200 square feet of space, your family can spread out, relax, and enjoy spectacular views of the ski slopes from almost every room in the condo. When you enter the condo, you will immediately notice the large, gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, slate floors, and granite countertops. The living room features a beautiful, stone fireplace with gas logs, comfortable seating for 5 people, sofa bed, & TV with DVD player. The spacious balcony is just off of the living room and has two chairs and a table. The dining room table with comfortably seat 6 people with 3 additional seats at the island in the kitchen. In the master suite, you will find a king sized bed, TV with DVD player, views of the ski slopes from the bed, as well as a private bathroom with separate oversized shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks. The second bedroom features a full sized bed, TV with DVD player and views of the ski slopes. The 2nd bathroom features an oversized shower with a bench and two showerheads. You will also find a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This condo is perfect for the discriminate traveler and families traveling with someone who is not able to ski but wants to be close enough to see everyone ski down from the comfort of the warm, luxurious condo. Internet access is included at no charge to guests. Some of the extras you will find in the condo include board games, puzzles, cards, and a small dvd library with adult and children's movies.
The owner has also purchased extra kitchen items including extra pans, mixing bowls, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crockpot, blender, toaster,& coffee maker, so you will have everything you need to cook a meal away from home.
VIEWS ***** (5 Stars) With stunning, up-close views of the ski slopes, this Lone Eagle condo is one of the premier properties in Keystone. You will enjoy watching skiers come down the mountain from the many windows throughout the condo and from the spacious balcony.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day. Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building. Lone Eagle is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Lone Eagle is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 58 condos in the entire building. The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that Lone Eagle has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or sit outside on the partially covered balcony and enjoy the mountain views. There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Lone Eagle guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor. Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.

FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

The pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, steam room, oversized ski lockers, spacious lobby with complimentary hot chocolate and papers, as well as the heated parking and heated driveway up to the building are some of the luxuries guests will enjoy while staying in our condo.

What a pad! This is the best place we've stayed in so far while living in Colorado. Biggest garage in all of Keystone. Mountain Views ar awesome. Loved the Ski-in/out!!
