The house is great for family get togethers. The knotty pine paneling & accents, along with the nice furnishings, create a warm & comfortable atmoshphere. The abundance of windows offer a bright and open living area with nice views.
-the entry level has a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, new lighting and hardwood floors. The living room has a stone fireplace & 3 couches & pine entertainment center with television and dvd player. there is also a bathroom on the main level with a clawsfoot tub. There is a sunroom off of the family room which leads to a slider out to the deck. The sunroom has a double bed and loungechair(acts as a 5th bedroom)
-Downstairsis the laundry room and a door to the fenced in backyard which is access to the hot-tub
-upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed, we just finished a bathroom remodel which includes a large step in tiled shower and new granite on the vanity, the bedroom has filtered views of Lake Tahoe. The second room is also upstairs and has a queen bed with a single bunk on top and views of the lake.
-The third bedroom is detached to the main house and is above the garage which is great for privacy. This room has a bathroom a queen bed and very nice views of the lake.
-fourth bedroom is detached to the main house and is below the garage. It has a small deck in front which leads to the hot tub. It also has a bathroom and a couch and a queen bed with a single bunk on top and also a double bed. Great room for the kids, not the real little ones. It has a great open feel with lots of windows and views of the trees, a forest setting.

We were up there for the Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. The house is very nice and is close to everything. And the hot tub was great after a cold day in the snow.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
