The floral lush tropical grounds, gardens and facilities are professionally maintained. With-in the resort is our new gated development called Playa Royal offering privacy, security and out door entertaining at the Beach with chairs and Palapas. There is a Palapa bar which features a grill and sink for private small or large gatherings. Everything you need is here with- in less than a block.
The condominium has a outdoor pools and luscious well groomed gardens.
This NEW 3 Bedroom condo has 3 baths located in a gated 24 hour security guard.
Each bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV, and its own bath and balcony. There is a kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. The condo is equipped with an air conditioning and fan controls in all 3 bedrooms. The condo can comfortably sleep up to 8 people including kids.
Just outside of the condo is the amazing beach of Bahia de Banderas bay. The condo has an spectacular view to the beach.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a 15 minutes car taxi ride.
