Relax and take in the fabulous views of Carpinteria Beach, the Pacific Ocean, and Channel Islands or just walk out the door and jump in.
Downstairs is a an open living area with travertine floors, high ceilings, gas fireplace, full kitchen w/granite countertops, living room, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom and balcony. There are two additional bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom.
Two additional twin roll-away bed are available if needed. Outdoor features include Beachside patio, BBQ, shower, and underground parking for two cars.
An all-year vacationland on the sheltered coast opposite California's Channel Islands ten minutes South of Santa Barbara and ninety miles North of Los Angeles, Carpinteria offers small beach town charm with access to large city cultural events, gourmet dining, vineyards and much more. The local Seaside Shuttle makes it easy and convenient to coast into town for a little browsing and shopping. Or, if you're up for an adventure, board the Amtrak train (the depot is within walking distance) and take a picturesque journey up the coast to Santa Barbara.
