Compass Point is a gorgeous property in a very desirable location on the island. Shopping, beach walking, biking, and access to the mainland are easy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love watching the sun rise over the Gulf from our bed, and the sunsets from the sundeck. Many amenities are also available with the property - a large pool, two tennis courts, as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit.
Owner's Map of Compass Point
We purchased this unit after renting on the island for a number of years. Our family loves the beach, the biking paths, the abundance of nature, and the always changing views of the gulf. It is especially wonderful to escape the cold Chicago winters, and enjoy the warm weather and beautiful island atmosphere.

We had a great time staying here. The condo itself is quite nice and we really enjoyed the views from the screened lanai. The kids loved the pool (nice and warm!) and we all enjoyed the lovely beach with seashells galore. The furnishings are quite nice and the kitchen is well-stocked. Thanks! Allison
