Year Purchased: 1994
I grew up here in the legendary fishing village of Gloucester. As a youth I did a lot of traveling - living and working in Europe, the Caribbean and all over the US. After twenty years of visiting and living in wonderful places, I settled down and bought a house in the city of my first love. In 2005, I converted 1/2 of my house into a vacation rental and have enjoyed every moment of it. Quite simply, there’s no place on earth I’d rather be in summer than Gloucester. The colorful harbor, numerous white sandy beaches and magical light that surrounds this little “island” is a never-ending source of pleasure for all those live and visit here.
