This recently professionally redecorated, spacious, direct Gulf front corner unit has views from all windows and one of the largest balconies in the building!! Look at the pictures, it's a great unit!! Huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful bedrooms! Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, or watch the kids in the pool below. This is the ONE!!!
Two hot tubs, sauna, racquet ball courts, tennis courts, large pool and also a kiddie pool. Great gazebo and BBQ area. Security guard at entrance. Our unit has a king bed, two twin beds, a queen bed and a sleeper sofa.

My stay was wonderful, the condo is extremely nice the balcony is wonderful and judy is an extremely friedly easy to work with person she responded so fast to all of my questions and provided me with all the information i need so i new where to go and what to do. I can't wait to come back it was just beautiful and we got to watch the boat race to so it was a great trip. Everything is right there that you need indoor pool outdoor pool it was just my best trip i've taken. I couldn't have asked for a better trip and person to deal with thank you judy :)

I just returned from staying in this unit Saturday for the second time this year. Our first trip was in June and I carried my family which included 5 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the trip and found things to do every night. The last trip was with my mother and sisters and it was very relaxing and enjoyable as well. The beds are very comfortable, the unit has everything that you need for cooking meals, it's clean and the balcony is my favorite place to be. Ms.Judy is amazing! She is so easy to work with and she will make sure your stay is enjoyable. I will recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for some time at the beach.

The unit itself was in great shape for being 25 years old. The unit had everything you could want. The owner was great to deal with. The three issues we had were we counted 17+ people actually staying right above us. It was very noisy & they threw cigarette butts & trash down on our deck several times. The master bedroom is on the street side on the second floor and the BIG trash truck came every single morning between 6:00 & 6:30 AM, which woke us up. Also, you could hear all the car horns as people locked their cars doors during the night. Obviously, these issues are uncontrollable by the owner. It was just very fustrating/disturbing.

Phoenix II was a wonderful, family friendly location. As soon as I walked in the door I recognized the condo from the pictures. It was freshly redone, clean and wonderfully equipped. I was able to cook meals for local family who come to visit and had room to have my niece visit along with my daughters. I could have slept more! The beds were comfy and I slept well every night including the first! There were TVs in every bedroom as well as the living space. Judy was just a call away and I have already recommended this to my family in the area. We had a great meal today with wonderful atmosphere @ Lulu's in Gulf Shores and enjoyed Wintzell's Oyster House as well.

Thank you Judy for sharing your wonderful condo with us as we got to experience our first wedding on the beach. Your condo had lots of room and was larger than I expected. Very comfortable, and my favorite thing was the extra large balcony which overlooked the pool, great views! Living area open and had sitting for everyone even when friends came over. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed, but am excited about the planned updates in Dec. Look forward to retrurn again asap!

We stayed here for 5 days in July 2010 and loved it. We used the condo's facilities, tennis, pool, raquetball courts, fitness center, hot tubs. The condo was just as described and was clean and nicely decorated with lots of room! The beds were confortable! The large balcony was wonderful! We could just sit out there and watch the ocean! And the ocean was beautiful also! We swam every day! We had so much fun that we'd love to do it again next year and stay in the same condo! Judy, the owner, was very helpful and friendly.

Judy has been amazing to work with. We had a lot of people in and out and we had sleeping for all. The new decor and bedding is amazing. Everything we need was here for us and she helped us out through everything. The balcony is amazing looking right over the pool. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Bedrooms are almost noise proof for those who want to sleep late! Back balcony was great too off the bedroom. The condo is great and everything here at the Phoenix was amazing. People were nice. Great to have a washer and dryer and iron in the condo. AMAZING time and weather! Thanks

We recently spent 2 months in this great comfortable condo. It has seen many upgrades - new coat of paint throughout, comfortable beds, all new living room furniture with area rug - comfortable lounge chair and lighting for reading, new wood floors in the bedrooms and a well furnished kitchen with lots of dishes and pyrex baking dishes. From the first day we walked into the condo we felt very much at home and knew that the owners, Judy and E.J. were only a phone call away if needed. We just regret that due to the cooler winter, we didn't get to enjoy the larger balcony more days. We loved being on the third floor close to the stairway. The outdoor pool was kept at a very nice warm temperature, the indoor hot tubs were fun to use and the exercise room was well equipped. We are looking forward to spending another winter at this condo and felt that we are most fortunate to have such a wonderful place to spend a couple of months away from the snow and cold. We would highly recommend this condo to our family and friends.
