Magic is a beautiful yacht with 4 levels. It hosts over 1800 sq. ft. of living and deck space. It has been beautifully built with a luxurious wooden interior and spacious upper deck that is ready for entertaining.
Enjoy the beautiful night time view of downtown San Francisco a few hundred yards from the ballpark. A perfect place to relax or entertain.
The yacht has a large double door leading from the back deck of the yacht to the living room. The living room has a large circular couch with a recliner, television and stereo system. The living room has picture windows on three sides with a bar that looks out onto the bay.
This room has custom handcrafted woodwork and recessed lighting that makes it perfect for relaxing as you view the bay and the downtown San Francisco skyline.
The master and mid stateroom are accessed by rear staircase. The master stateroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom, including tub/shower. There is a spiral staircase leading down to this beautifully handcrafted bedroom with built in drawers cabinets and closets.
The lighting, woodwork and mirrors make this room as romantic as a bridal suite.
The mid stateroom has a built in bunk bed with a full bath. This bedroom has handcrafted drawers and a double bunk with full size top bunk and twin size bottom bunk. A full size picture window gives you a great view of the bay and San Francisco skyline.
There is a beautiful full size galley with oven, microwave, four burner stove and refrigerator/freezer. Also furnished with coffee maker, blender, cookware, plates, utensils, and gas barbecue on the back deck. In the salon area (off the galley), there is a small beverage refrigerator and an enclosed washer dryer.
The upper decks have patio furniture and can seat up to 20 people. This is a great area for entertaining while watching the bay and city skyline. Above the large deck is the upper deck with a steerage area and seating area for driving the boat.
The Pier has security, bathrooms and free parking.
Throughout the boat the woodwork is hand crafted and makes for a very elegant place to spend a quiet vacation, relax after business meetings or entertaining groups up to 30.
