Villa Turquesa is a fabulous 3500 square foot villa, located within the quiet gated community of South Akumal. As you enter the villa, you will first be struck by the amazing views made possible by the open-planned living area, which allows guests to look straight out onto a gorgeous white sandy beach and the turquoise colored sea. The living/dining room offers plenty of space for all its guests: an ample and comfortable sofa suitable for eight, a large dining area with a beautifully carved table that comfortably seats 10 as well as a breakfast bar. This area leads out onto the patio where you will find further sitting arrangements if you choose to dine "al fresco", by the pool, with the ocean just feet away. The villa's fully equipped; gourmet kitchen with granite countertops makes entertaining a delight. You can choose to create your own meals or have a cook come in and prepare delicious dishes for you in the comfort of your own villa!
There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa. The first guest bedroom is located on the first floor and has two queen size beds, a full bathroom and charming garden views. The other four are located on the second floor. The Master bedroom overlooks the Caribbean and includes a king size bed and a large balcony shared with the second guest bedroom. This bedroom has two queen beds and spectacular ocean views as well. The third guest bedroom has breathtaking views of the jungle and offers two queen size beds. The final bedroom is a children's bedroom with a single trundle bed and a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own adjacent bathrooms.
On the second floor, you will also find a bright study area with a desk, chair and wireless Internet connection. It is also the entertainment areas and offers two comfortable couches, satellite TV with DVD player and stunning views of the ocean.
Villa Turquesa now has a large Guesthouse with a further 5 bedrooms and bathrooms - ideal for large parties!
