This property is located at 312 69th Avenue N., at Myrtle Beach SC. It is located just across the street from the Sea Mark Tower. We enjoy this property for many reasons. It is a close walk to the beach, but far enough from the ocean front to cut down on noise and traffic. The kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All those items come in very handy when spending time at the beach. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a flat panel digital TV. Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and a standard TV. The unit has two bathrooms, (one master bath and one accessible from guest bedroom and den.) The dining table has 6 chairs. The den has one full sized sofa that has a fold out full bed. It also has a love seat and a TV. The condo was remodeled in May 2010 with new kitchen, paint, carpet, hard floors, etc.
There is a spacious sun deck balcony - accessible from the den or master bedroom that overlooks the pool.
Outside, there is an onsite pool. The beach is about a 2 minute walk. Lots of nearby restaurants, golf and shopping. Short drive to Broadway at the Beach. It has lots of fun for kids and adults.

Why the Owner Chose Other Myrtle Beach Properties
We bought at this location because of its close proximity to the things we do. It is only about a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is close to the popular River City Cafe, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse, Carabbas, NY Deli, Starbucks and many other conveniences. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. It is located in what is known as the golden mile section of Myrtle Beach, about 5 miles south of Hwy 22.

The space at this condo is good for our family. This property also has a parking lot with shade, and a swimming pool and sun deck. Our unit also has a sundeck accessible from the master bedroom and den.
